When asked what they liked best about the product, one answer submitted was : “Ease of use, functionality and continuous development of the system. Recent changes to allow for Omni channel contact will transform the way we communicate with our customers.”

Reliability and functionality were also highlighted as reasons that the Liberty ContactCentre is so popular. The features and flexibility it offers generated this comment : “The contact centre is really intuitive and a dream for agents, supervisors and system admins. No issues experienced with the system whatsoever!”

The comments also highlighted the quality of Netcall’s support team and included comments like: “Great customer support on top of a high-quality feedback system I have been using for years. Love it to bits and wouldn’t move elsewhere.”
