Netcall, a leading customer engagement software provider, has acquired Serengeti Systems, a provider of Enterprise Content Management ("ECM") software to the UK public sector.
Serengeti, which provides a suite of Document and Customer Relationship Management solutions, has an established customer base of over 40 public sector organisations, including the University of Cambridge, Trafford Council, Forestry Commission and Metropolitan Housing Partnership.
The integration of Serengeti's ECM product suite with Netcall's capabilities of Business Process Management ("BPM"), intelligent contact handling and workforce optimisation provides interesting opportunities for clients to further improve their productivity, by streamlining processes, improving business continuity and delivering customer service excellence.
This acquisition will extend the proven value clients already achieve from Netcall's integrated platform approach where reduced operating costs deliver a rapid return on investment.
