Are you Ready for the NHSmail SMS and Fax Service Switch Off?

Read time: 50 seconds

The NHSmail SMS and fax service will shortly be discontinued, affecting all NHS institutions currently using the system, including approximately 500,000 NHS staff across the country.

Mobile phone provider EE has been selected by the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) as the provider of a replacement service for NHS organisations that signed-up to the process. Netcall is working closely with EE to deliver our mutual customers with the services they need to continue to operate efficiently after the NHSmail switch off.

If you need your Netcall solution to operate with a new provider (EE or otherwise) then please email us on nhs.sms@netcall.com with details of your new chosen provider and we will then be in contact to discuss how we can help you through this transition period, ensuring your Netcall solutions continue to perform to their highest levels.
