North of England User Group – A collaborative approach to best practice

19th Feb, 2019

Liberty users from NHS organisations in the north of England are coming together to learn how to make even more of their Netcall investment and further improve patient engagement. The North of England User Group event is being held on 26th March 2019 at Sheffield’s Electric Works.

Over the years, Netcall has run User Group events enabling sector specific knowledge and best practice to be shared. It is a great opportunity to learn about how your peers are maximising efficiency using Netcall solutions.

This event is being coordinated by Sheffield Children’s Hospital in collaboration with Sheffield Teaching Hospitals, visionary users of the Liberty Suite. They expressed an interest in a collaborative approach to working with neighbouring organisations in the Yorkshire region so that everyone can get the most from their systems and learn from each other. The Netcall team has been invited to the afternoon session of the event and will be on hand to answer questions.

e-systems Coordinator at Sheffield Children’s Hospital, Daniel Gibb, says “We hope that this will be a great forum for open discussion, sharing views on best practice and how we can collaboratively improve current processes and functionality across Netcall products.”

We look forward to the event and hope that the idea may be replicated in other regions for mutual benefit to organisations with in a hub or region. If you are interested in getting involved in your own regional User Group please contact: contact:
