The purpose of the Customer Support Engineer role is to deliver responsive, technically competent support on Netcall products so that Netcall customers experience outstanding customer service. As a member of the Customer Support function, the role is responsible for progressing customer incidents, problems and service requests from beginning to resolution.
You’ll be a flexible, positive, self-motivated and a diligent hard working team player with a ‘Can-Do’ attitude. Have the ability to assess new faults logically, adapting to the situation and responding appropriately. Demonstrate excellent communication skills in order to communicate effectively with our customers and with colleagues. Customer focused and service oriented with the technical abilities to back it up.
