The Customer Support Engineer delivers responsive, technically competent support on Netcall solutions.
Working in a virtual service desk environment, the purpose of the Customer Support Engineer role is to deliver responsive, technically competent support on Netcall solutions and give our customers outstanding customer service.
As a member of the Customer Support function, the role is responsible for progressing customer incidents, problems and service requests from creation to resolution, working with other resolver groups to meet contracted SLAs and KPI targets.
