Are you a qualified Legal Counsel looking for a role in the commercial world?

Purpose of the role:



Our Legal Team work at the sharp end of getting deals done, interacting with a wide range of customers in the public and commercial sectors, providing legal advice in-house and drafting legal documents.

You’ll be a great communicator and savvy negotiator, working with customers, partners and suppliers to agree the nuts and bolts of deals. You’ll need to research various topics, input into presentations and bring everything together to write contracts.

Commercial awareness is vital to succeed in this role as is a genuine interest in IT Law as many of our products exist to manage and manipulate data presenting the Legal Counsel with interesting and complex challenges to overcome.

There is great scope to learn and grow within the role, with regular training sessions, team working and more and more challenging work to take on to keep you on your toes.

About you:


You’ll ideally be a qualified solicitor or barrister, with experience either in a law firm and/or in a commercial role (preferably but not essentially, in the technology sector) and a genuine interest in IT law.

This is a remote first role, so you could be based anywhere in the UK. If you prefer the office – we have sites in Bedford and Poole. We are also open to discussing full time and part time opportunities to suit the applicant with flexible working also available.
