Marketing Operations Manager

Are you a Marketing Manager and a tech whizz?
Are you seeking a position where you will play a pivotal role in automating our marketing and improving the way we interact with our customers?

Purpose of the role:

As the Marketing Operations Manager here at Netcall, you will lead and own our marketing tech stack. Primarily, this means our marketing automation platform, Marketo and our CRM, plus a whole host of other software – hey, we’re a tech company, we love tech!

You will drive our use of technology across the marketing team, you’ll need experience of deploying automation across a marketing department (ideally in a B2B environment) and understand how to make the most of it, if you haven’t used Marketo before, perhaps you know Eloqua, Hubspot or Pardot or something similar.

You’ll manage our CRM (Hive) and the data it holds. Your team of 3 (including data researchers and insights analyst) will help to populate the database – you’ll then track, manage and analyse the digital footprint of each customer and identify those we are serving well and who we need to get back in touch with.

You’ll drive improvement and change. Using our tech stack, you’ll be able to try different approaches to marketing campaigns, track what is working and enable the wider team to be even more targeted in ABM. We have a diverse product portfolio and client base in both the public and private sectors – that should keep you on your toes!
