Marketing Operations Manager

Are you a Marketing Manager and a tech whizz?
Are you seeking a position where you will play a pivotal role in automating our marketing and improving the way we interact with our customers?

Purpose of the role:

As the Marketing Operations Manager here at Netcall, you will lead and own our marketing tech stack. Primarily, this means our marketing automation platform, Marketo and our CRM, plus a whole host of other software – hey, we’re a tech company, we love tech!

You will drive our use of technology across the marketing team, you’ll need experience of deploying automation across a marketing department (ideally in a B2B environment) and understand how to make the most of it, if you haven’t used Marketo before, perhaps you know Eloqua, Hubspot or Pardot or something similar.

You’ll manage our CRM (Hive) and the data it holds. Your team of 3 (including data researchers and insights analyst) will help to populate the database – you’ll then track, manage and analyse the digital footprint of each customer and identify those we are serving well and who we need to get back in touch with.

You’ll drive improvement and change. Using our tech stack, you’ll be able to try different approaches to marketing campaigns, track what is working and enable the wider team to be even more targeted in ABM. We have a diverse product portfolio and client base in both the public and private sectors – that should keep you on your toes!

We’re a software solutions business – our products are designed to intelligently automate processes and improve customer experiences, we like to think we make a positive impact on the world one customer experience at a time.

Why should you join Netcall:

  • Reward – we are offering a competitive package, plus a whole host of other benefits from pension to perkbox.
  • Flexible working – we moved to remote and hybrid working during the pandemic and it is working brilliantly, we also have offices in Bedford and Poole if you want a change of scenery. We are pretty flexible with working hours too if you want to take the kids to school or go for a run in the morning.
  • We are problem solvers – our software solves real world problems, whether its automating laborious processes, introducing AI to websites or centralising communication through call centre technology.
  • We are always learning – the day job is very important, but it’s also great to learn new things and we encourage our colleagues to grow.

So, if you are Marketing Manager with a knack for automation, with experience in deploying tech in a B2B marketing environment, we’d love to tell you why this is the job for you!
