Technical Solution Architect

Are you a Pre-Sales Engineer with a passion for tech and delivering great customer experiences?

Purpose of role
As our Technical Solution Architect, you’ll play a pivotal role in providing the best solution to each customer. You’ll get to know our products intimately, how our customers are using them and be able to talk through the different ways they will benefit each business.

You’ll be a good communicator, involved in giving product demonstrations, helping to capture the customers’ commercial and technical requirements and ensure they are technically viable.

You’ll also be involved in some development work, exploring some of the more unusual use case requests for applications to find new solutions to problems which may involve integrating other systems or adding different tools.

About you
You’ll ideally have worked in Pre-Sales, preferably with a good understanding of Low-Code Solutions and RPA and what they are intended to do. You might have worked for a developer or reseller, working in different verticals with different needs.

You’re a great communicator, comfortable talking tech with customers and giving product demos.

You’ll be confident in being a subject matter expert, interested in understanding what makes a customers’ business tick and explain how our solutions could work for their organisation…enabling them to make more informed decisions when selecting a product.

Knowledge of Enterprise Cloud Architecture using AWS.

Some knowledge of Javascript would be useful.
 
Note:  due to the nature of the role, you are expected to gain and maintain Non-Police Personnel Vetting Level 3 (NPPV3) clearance and therefore it is essential that you have held continuous residency in the UK for the past 3 years.
