PMO Support Officer

Are you a lateral thinker with a penchant for giving customers a great experience?

Purpose of this role:

As a PMO Project Support Officer here at Netcall, you’ll play an important role in ensuring our customers receive a great experience throughout the timeline of a project. This could be through engaging directly with customers in the pre-project phase or supporting project teams during the development and delivery phases.

You’ll work with Project Managers and the PMO team to track project budgets, check risks and issues are managed, pull together the necessary governance/documentation required and create project reports.

You’ll need a friendly yet firm approach, you’ll enjoy interacting with colleagues and customers but also know when to give someone a nudge in the right direction to ensure a project is delivered on time.

This role will give you exposure to many areas of the business, learning skills that can provide opportunities or growth and potential progression in future. Yes, there will be some routine tasks you need to complete each day, but each one will have its own nuances that will keep things interesting.

About you:

You’ll be a great communicator – confident in talking with customers and colleagues at all levels, able to build relationships and knowing when to step in to move projects forward.

You’ll be a lateral thinker – understanding how your role fits into the bigger picture and proactive in taking on challenges and tasks that might not be routine in your role.

You will be a capable user of MS Excel, creating Pivot Tables and Formulas will be an important part of the role.

Whilst it would be ideal that you have worked in a similar PMO role, it is not essential. We are keen to hear from people who are driven to complete time critical tasks, proactive problem solvers and advocates of great customer experiences.

Note: Due to the nature of the role, you are expected to gain and maintain Non-Police Personnel Vetting Level 3 (NPPV3) clearance and therefore it is essential that you have held continuous residency in the UK for the past 3 years.
