As a developer within the Core Development team you can contribute to both back-end development and front-end interfaces. You will be well supported by other developers, designers, testers and the Product Manager.
The Technical Project Manager (PM) is accountable and responsible for the delivery of their assigned projects within the parameters of Cost, Schedule and Scope. The PM draws resource from a shared pool and is expected to deliver on time and on budget with the resources allocated.
The purpose of this role is to deliver outstanding customer service to Netcall customers to meet their contracted expectations. The Customer Support Engineer is responsible for the ongoing problem management interface between the customer, Netcall project teams and other internal and external resolver groups throughout the duration of any problem.
