Think Digital Government 2024 zeroes in on the critical need to accelerate digital innovation in local public services.

This year, digital leaders from across the UK will meet in London at One George Street, to chart the course for rapid local government transformation.

Join us on 19th November to witness local digital innovation in action. Collaborate with public sector experts on making responsive, efficient citizen services a reality and hear from Keith Graddon in the pivotal panel discussion: “What Works for Local Digital Innovation.” Be part of the conversation shaping the future of local digital governance and explore ground-breaking ideas, like centrally-provided infrastructure and the concept of a ‘local GDS’, which could revolutionise public service delivery.

Keith Graddon

Starting at West Somerset District Council as a Rebates Assistant in 1982, Keith enjoyed 16 years in several roles, including leading the Benefits Team. He joined Capita as Benefits Product Manager, leading their Benefits product team for 26 years and assuming responsibility for both Revenues and Benefits in 2003. He became an immediate asset to Govtech’s Revenues and Benefits Automation Service – coupling his engaging style with their customers about their council challenges with his 40+ years’ experience.

Keith has also enjoyed an illustrious sports career – playing football since his teens, representing Somerset, Devon and Taunton Town, including playing the FA Vase Final 1994 at Wembley and in an England FA XI in Jersey. His seam bowling continues to make batsman nervous when he represents Somerset Seniors Cricket.
