Our Software Learning Practitioners will engage in a Training Needs Analysis and agree on a training plan which is typically a combination of proven objective-based course profiles and bespoke learning requirements from the organisation. Courses can be delivered in a typical classroom setting and range from end-user training, end user seminar style, trainer-the-trainer workshops or advanced system administration comprising of several courses over a period of time. Training can also be delivered remotely using our remote training video and audio tool and benefits from being recorded and uploaded into the myNetcall Training Portal learning management system.
myNetcall Training Portal offers online, self-service training courses. All courses are objective-based and comprise of video tutorials, knowledge checks and downloadable electronic reference guides. You may also wish to obtain reporting from myNetcall Training Portal so we are able to offer enhanced “manager” access for user login, tracking and course completion reporting.
