How secure is my data in Liberty ContactCentre?

As an organisation, we invest in ISO9001 and ISO27001 processes.Internal compliance is followed by external auditing and certification.

With regards to our products, our security focus begins with the solution design. We ensure that the individual parts with the combination of hardware and software are secure. Appropriate security standards are applied to specific solutions, for example, our payment products are PA DSS compliant.

Once designed, we undertake strong testing protocols that quantify how secure the systems really are. In the case of Liberty ContactCentre, this includes testing using the guidelines and countermeasures from the Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP) Top Ten and Penetration testing to find vulnerabilities that an attacker could exploit.
