Hear from Kate Hurr, Digital & Innovation Manager, and Karl Relph, Business Analyst & low-code builder, from Cumbria County Council, they spoke at a recent Gov Share event about their COVID-19 response.
They share how the council have been active in agile development during the pandemic. Cumbria created a multi-agency “Test & Trace” app, built using Liberty Create.
After hearing about the success at the council, the NHS in Cumbria approached them to build a Test and Trace solution for them. This supported local multi-agency partnerships and especially supported schools. Watch the video to see how they built this in just 12 days.
