Secure Agent-assisted Payments in Liberty Converse

Contact centre agents can take secure payments through Liberty Converse, our omnichannel contact centre solution. This demo shows how DTMF masking technology prevents card information from entering your systems or processes when a payment is taken over the phone. Your agents cannot see, hear or access any sensitive card data while it is being given by the customer over the phone. The customer uses the telephone keypad to enter their card data, which is kept outside the contact centre. This type of secure agent-assisted payment keeps the contact centre out of the scope of PCI DSS.
