Secure Agent-assisted Payments in Liberty Converse

Contact centre agents can take secure payments via Liberty Converse, our omnichannel contact centre solution. In this demo, Nicky Hjerpe and Jonathan Gunner show how DTMF masking technology is used in Liberty Converse.

This ensures that agents cannot see, hear or access any sensitive card data while it is being given by the customer over the phone. The customer uses the telephone keypad to enter their card data, and the data is kept outside of the contact centre. This type of secure agent-assisted payment keeps the contact centre out of scope for PCI DSS.
