The solution

The Netcall solution offered the flexibility and usability required for TMP’s Workload Scheduling and Resource Planning Tool. In order to meet service levels, team members need to be rapidly matched to candidate interviews. A number of specific requirements are taken into account including skills, interview duration, staff availability etc.

Managers now run an auto schedule to allocate the list of vacancies to interviewers and develop a total plan. Between each stage of interviews, managers are able to view the result and make manual amendments as required. Automated alerts indicate any concerns. Interviewer time is more effectively used, data is secure and team members believe the system allocates fairly.
