Netcall Named in Forrester’s “Digital Process Automation Software Landscape, Q2 2025”
28th of April 2025
Netcall is proud to announce its inclusion in Forrester Research’s recent report, “The Digital Process Automation Software Landscape, Q2 2025” – a comprehensive report providing a wide-ranging overview of 37 notable vendors in the digital process automation market.
Forrester’s report highlights that organisations are facing an “automation imperative fuelled by AI-based optimism”. This key observation in the report mirrors our own findings that organisations we work with feel compelled to automate because they’re optimistic about what artificial intelligence can do for their operations.
The report identifies digital process automation as a crucial technology for organisations looking to accelerate digital transformation and foster agility. According to the report, digital process automation solutions enable organisations to improve both simple and complex business processes, while streamlining development cycles for automation applications.
Netcall stands among major industry players in the report’s comprehensive landscape of digital process automation vendors and was noted as having extended use case support for:
-
customer self-service
-
document automation, and
-
omnichannel support.
The report indicates that the market is evolving beyond basic digital transformation to AI-infused process transformation, an area in which Netcall continues to innovate.
The report notes that digital process automation (DPA) solutions “are well positioned to support emerging AI process orchestration” and that “end-to-end automation was always the design point for DPA, with data and endpoint orchestration a longtime strength.” It recognises that leading solutions have incorporated “AI agent support, advanced content and format processing and AI model options and constraint management” – all of which are capabilities that align with Netcall’s development focus.
The report further emphasises how “generative AI opens a new era for advancement in citizen participation, as well as process design and documentation,” an area where Netcall has been making substantial investments.
“For us, being recognised by Forrester in this report validates our continued commitment to helping organisations transform their processes in an increasingly AI-driven business environment. As organisations race towards AI agents and redefined work processes, they’ll need new process automation support. Netcall’s inclusion in this report shows that we have great capabilities to meet those needs.”

Chief Innovation Officer, Netcall
The Forrester report defines digital process automation platforms as those that “develop process applications with low-code and advanced programming principles with modelling, orchestration, dynamic case management and AI-led support.” It emphasises that over the next three years, the focus will be on process transformation, integration of diverse endpoints and new forms of management and governance.
Netcall stands among major industry players in the report’s comprehensive landscape of digital process automation vendors and self-reported the extended use cases of customer self-service, document automation and omnichannel support as the top three use cases for which clients select them.
