Responsible for the project delivery of Netcall’s market leading Liberty Converse and Patient Hub platform solutions and services to end users.

The purpose of the Customer Support Engineer (CSE) role is to deliver responsive, technically competent support on Netcall products such that customers experience outstanding customer service.

This hands-on role requires hard-work and dedication, a breadth and depth of knowledge obtained through experience across a range of previous projects and a commitment to leading customers and their projects to successful outcomes.

The performance tester should be able to conduct application performance testing using jMeter for various Netcall deliveries to ensure system reliability, capacity and scalability.

Provide a remote business development support for their allocated prospect accounts in their assigned market. This role will be targeted through a range of KPIs including appointment setting, LinkedIn lead generation, and progress of targets to hot leads through to Market.
