Financial Times Places Netcall as Best Employers 2026
24 February 2026
Netcall has been named one of the Financial Times Best Employers 2026, ranking 342nd out of 500 companies across the UK.
The prestigious recognition places Netcall within the top 40 companies in its industry. This underlines the company’s commitment to creating an exceptional workplace environment.
The Financial Times Best Employers list 2026 list was created through an independent survey of British employees at companies with 250+ staff. Conducted anonymously via ft.com and online panels (bypassing employers directly), it gathered over 400,000 evaluations. Employees rated both their own employer and others in their industry, with self-recommendation weighted more heavily. It evaluates companies on workplace culture, employee satisfaction and overall work environment. The 500 highest-scoring companies earn the “UK’s Best Employers 2026” title.
“We’re absolutely delighted to be recognised as one of the UK’s best employers for the second year running. This reflects the genuine effort we make to listen to our team and act on their feedback, which contributes to this fantastic result in the FT Best Employers List as well as our own engagement survey. Our people are at the heart of everything we do.“
