We’re looking for an Information Security Manager.
The Information Security Manager plays a key operational and advisory role in maintaining and
improving Netcall’s information security, quality and compliance posture. The role supports the
effective operation of Netcall’s ISMS and QMS, helps maintain relevant certifications and
accreditations and provides practical guidance to teams on policies, processes, controls and risk
management.
Working closely with the Head of InfoSec, DPO, Legal, IT, Development and Business process owners,
the role helps embed secure working practices, supports audit and assurance activities, manages
security events and incidents and drives continual improvement across products, services,
suppliers and internal processes.
