We are looking for a Customer Support Engineer – Customer Engagement Solutions CSE-CEX to join our IT & Governance Support team.
Working in a virtual service desk environment, the purpose of the Customer Support Engineer role is to deliver responsive, technically competent support on Netcall solutions such that Netcall customers experience outstanding customer service.
As a member of the Customer Support function, the role is responsible for progressing customer incidents, problems and service requests from creation to resolution, working with other resolver groups to meet contracted SLAs and KPI targets.
