Netcall’s Data Sub-Processors:

Netcall uses a number of third parties to provide elements of its services and those third parties may process customer information that is personal data, accordingly those third parties may be considered to be sub-processors by certain data protection legislation.

Please see below for further information on those third parties and the processing undertaken by them. Please also note that the sub-processors will vary depending on which service the individual customer uses.

Netcall will give customers at least 30 days prior notice on this web page before authorising any changes to the sub-processors relevant to the services they receive. Customers may object to any changes (via email to dpo@netcall.com) but must do so within 7 calendar days of Netcall’s notice being posted on this web page.
