Patient Hub

Enable frictionless, self-service appointment management and digital communications with Patient Hub, our patient engagement portal. Deliver a better patient – and staff – experience through automated SMS notifications and integrated workflows to help NHS trusts streamline appointments, improve digital inclusion and operate more efficiently.

Leading NHS trusts use Patient Hub

Patient Hub transforms patient engagement for a wide range of NHS trusts:

How does Patient Hub work?

Patient Hub transforms how NHS trusts communicate with patients by replacing slow postal routes with a secure digital pathway. Designed to operate seamlessly on any smart device, tablet or computer, the portal connects front-door patient interactions directly with your systems in three simple steps.

Patients hear about changes as they happen.

When an appointment is scheduled or updated in your Patient Administration System (PAS), Patient Hub automatically sends the patient a secure link by an SMS or email. Patients simply tap the link to verify their identity in seconds or log in via the NHS Login – without downloading an app or remembering passwords.

Patients respond when it best suits them.

Inside the portal, patients can see their digital clinic letters and appointment information in one place. They can confirm, rebook or cancel a visit in a couple of taps and complete digital pre-assessment questionnaires ahead of time, whenever it suits them. Every response updates your system automatically.

Every response updates your system automatically.

Every update by the patient flows instantly back into your trust’s Patient Administration System (PAS), rather than admin teams rekeying responses manually, keeping back-office records current and freeing slots for reallocation…

A smarter approach to patient engagement

Patient Hub gives patients the power to manage their own care by providing one secure place to manage their healthcare journey at a time and place that best suits them. That means better-informed patients and less admin for your staff.
