Celebrating the Success of Netcall’s Management Development Programme

28th of November 2024

Netcall is thrilled to announce the successful completion of the first-ever Netcall Management Development Programme. This initiative, designed to enhance the management skills of our dedicated managers, has been a resounding success.

Participants in our management programme developed skills in self-awareness, effective communication, and building strong relationships. They also learned to optimise team performance, foster successful collaboration and manage performance effectively. This comprehensive development ensures they are well-equipped to lead with confidence and competence.

“The bond and understanding between each attendee and their roles has been invaluable. Rotating management styles to the situation, decision traps and closer understanding of how to manage performance.”

David Oliver

Sales Manager, Netcall

The programme, led by Mandi Crusco in partnership with Fuel, was completed by our talented delegates. The culmination of their hard work and dedication was acknowledged with awards presented by Netcall’s CEO, James Ormondroyd.
