We’re looking for a Contracts Administrator / Paralegal.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator / Paralegal to join our Legal Department on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
This role plays a key part in supporting the preparation, review and management of a wide range of commercial agreements. Responsibilities include drafting and amending Sales Order Forms, Professional Services Agreements, Confidentiality/Non-Disclosure Agreements and various third-party contracts.
