NHS Commercial Solutions Framework Agreement – Provision of Patient Healthcare Communications and Related IT Services

We are delighted to announce that we have been appointed onto the NHS Commercial Solutions Framework Agreement for the Provision of Patient Healthcare Communications and Related IT Services.

The framework provides a compliant and quick route to market for a wide range of the latest patient centric communications technologies and expertise across 7 lots with 15 qualifying suppliers. The framework covers solutions for all public sectors including the NHS.

Through this framework, we are now able to provide access to our innovative intelligent automation and patient engagement technology that is already making lives easier for both patients and staff across the NHS up and down the country. From messaging services, check-in management to app development Netcall can be found in the following lots:

  • Lot 1: Patient Messaging Services
  • Lot 2: Medical Messaging Application (Pager Replacement)
  • Lot 4: Patient Check-In Management System
  • Lot 5: Patient-Friendly App Development
  • Lot 10: Bespoke Services
