Nationwide and Netcall celebrate 14-year anniversary with low-code licence renewal to strengthen digital-first strategy
Netcall will continue to support Nationwide’s over 15 million members across the Society Mortgages, Banking and Savings products.
Low-code pioneer Netcall today announced the [multi-year] renewal of Nationwide’s Enterprise wide license. This marks the 14-year anniversary of the business partnership.
Millions of customer interactions are handled via the low-code platform, Liberty Create, every year, supporting key operational processes across Nationwide’s core financial systems for Mortgages, Banking and Savings services. The renewal supports the Society’s tech strategy to deliver more digital-first services.
Create supports innovation and digital transformation all the way from enterprise scale strategic services right down to small niche apps. From enhancing customer experience, reducing and mitigating risk to increasing efficiencies and reducing operating costs. Since implementing Create, Nationwide has developed over 30 apps which shows how quick and easy it is to develop on. The power and the flexibility of the platform, means they can keep pace with the Society’s business needs.
