Customer Support Engineer – Liberty Create, RPA, AI

This role is responsible for progressing customer incidents, problems and service requests from creation to resolution, working with other resolver groups to meet contracted SLAs and KPI targets.


We are looking for a methodical, technical customer facing individual who will work in our service desk environment to deliver responsive, technically competent support on Netcall solutions.


As a member of the Customer Support function, the role is responsible for progressing customer incidents, problems and service requests from creation to resolution, working with other resolver groups to meet contracted SLAs and KPI targets.

This CSE role will specifically work on our Liberty Create, RPA and AI product support.
