Data and Information Analyst

We are looking for a Data and Information Analyst to ensure the reporting process for all speech products within the Netcall portfolio is completed to a high standard and that customer service reports remain accurate, informative and relevant.

The focus is to provide continual improvement of customers systems through analysis, data cleansing, highlighting problems or irregularities and making recommendations to both customers and client managers.
