Digital design best practice workshop with iESE

Tuesday 29th and Wednesday 30th June 9.30am – 1.00pm

Three levels to transforming your organisation

Residents need councils to build a positive future, allowing their local communities to thrive, not just survive. As senior digital leaders, your services look to you to reinvent their ways of working. Innovation is a big challenge, often resulting in technical teams grasping for inspiration.

This exclusive complimentary workshop is run by Netcall’s local government partner iESE. These events usually carry an attendance fee, so this free event offers exceptional value for your time

Designed over two virtual mornings, you’ll gain a new practical understanding of how to innovate your public services.

iESE will outline their three-part model, based on extensive work and research with local authorities across the globe. They will explain and guide you through the three levels of transformation: Service, Customer and Community.

During the session you will:

  • Establish where you are now: Identify the stage of process and service focus
  • Learn steps to innovate forward: Use the clear and easy-to-follow stages of the transformation framework
  • Get hands on: Take part in a low-code council case study and learn see how to review your own processes
  • Develop and take away: Action plans for ongoing improvement back at your desk

Netcall is proud to partner with iESE. These complimentary workshops are designed for senior leaders in Transformation, Change, Digital and IT. They will be run with group breakouts for involved learning.
