Leeds Teaching Hospitals Trust consists of seven hospitals with 1.6 million associated patients. Their ambitious transformation program has five strands. This session focuses on digitising Outpatients, one of their key transformation drivers. You’ll hear how this Operations-led project was delivered in five months. Using the Leeds-way value to drive project processes has enabled early success – within three months, 69% of patients are using Patient Hub.
