NHS User Group H1 2021

Recorded: Thursday 1st July 2021

Join our dedicated NHS workshop

We often hear from our NHS customers that it’s valuable to hear from their peers about lessons learned and best practice. So, in July, we hosted a user group specifically for NHS organisations.

Across the NHS, hard-working colleagues have delivered incredible results, transforming patient and colleague experiences. In this session, our NHS Trusts and Boards customers showcased their transformation stories.

Take a look at the sessions below, you can also find more information about what the Trusts are doing, in our “You may also like” section.

NHS England have asked hospitals to contact patients to check if they still need their operations. Sending letters to all the patients, or calling them is costly and time-consuming. Our waiting list application allows Trusts to instantly contact patients via SMS and get real-time responses back.

To support the mass testing effort for COVID-19, we have created this app alongside a NHS customer. The app, built on Liberty Create, will manage the entire process from the LAMP or Lateral Flow test through to issuing results.

Patients Know Best or ‘PKB’ is a social enterprise and technology platform, designed to bring together patient data from health and social care providers and the patient’s own data, into one secure personal health record.
