Lancashire County Council chooses Netcall’s Liberty Create for low-code

It’s with great delight that we welcome Lancashire County Council as a new member of the Netcall family. In line with our ongoing commitment to Local Government, this partnership highlights our shared vision of better digital experiences for citizens.

Netcall’s Liberty Create was chosen as Lancashire’s new platform for low-code development.

Glyn Peach, Director of Digital, Lancashire County Council, says:

We have a new agile rapid development team ready to transform the council into a Digital First organisation, offering automation, making services more accessible and shaping the ways we interact with citizens.

The reuse of common local government processes developed across the country by peer authorities will be at the heart of accelerating our journey of adoption. I am looking forward to seeing tangible results in modernising our customer and our staff experiences in line with Lancashire County Council’s priority of ‘delivering better services’.
