Deliver the maximum value to our customers that use Citizen Hub.
The purpose of Citizen Hub Product Owner is to ensure that Netcall’s Citizen Hub delivers the maximum value to our customers and supports our sales targets, translating the product strategic goals into a clearly defined roadmap, effectively managing the product backlog, prioritising product needs and overseeing the development of the product to meet the defined strategic goals.
