Lean, efficient, automated systems designed for better CX


At our What’s Next? 2020 conference, Yad Jaura, one of our Product Marketing Managers, interviewed Paul Buckle, Change Manager at Legal & General.

They discussed how Legal & General has replaced a manual claims processing system with a leaner, more efficient automated system built in Liberty Create, which is designed for a much better experience for customers. They also looked at how the new system speeds up the claims process, delivering better communication and greater visibility for customers in a much improved customer service.
