Delivering case management efficiency and streamlined service delivery of welfare rights, through digital autonomy.
For nearly 15 years, local authorities have had to face and manage the twin challenges of decreased funding while demand for statutory services increases (the services they are legally required to provide).
It’s with great delight that we welcome Lancashire County Council as a new member of the Netcall family. In line with our ongoing commitment to Local Government, this partnership highlights our shared vision of better digital experiences for citizens.
